15 Innovative Job Sites to Beat the Blues!

I've been looking at some statistics on jobs related searches and as expected, the volumes have shot up in the last few months. Googling for jobs resulted in a lot of "big" names which we are already aware of and many of us have probably come across their frenzied non-targeted job match emails. So I looked and looked and finally came across some interesting as well as innovative sites that could be used for the purpose. I have not tried them, so I don't really know how they'd work, but I'm sure it's worth giving a try. If anyone have tried out any of them, please share your experiences here...
